Where can I buy Pedi Couture products?

Pedi Couture products are currently available online through our official website and on Amazon. We do not sell in retail stores at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Orders are processed within 72 hours (Monday–Friday), and express orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes. We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in new condition.

To request a return label, please email moe@pedicouture.com with your order number.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes. Exchanges are also free within 30 days. Simply email moe@pedicouture.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange for.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at moe@pedicouture.com. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Why are toe separators better for you? 
Separating your toes are better for balance, posture, and support and help your feet grip the floor and adds relief to aching feet. 

If I have flat feet, will your sandals help?
Yes. Our sandals are made with a soft foot-bed with a built in arch for support. 

Will the toe separators be uncomfortable? 
No. Our unique patented toe separators are made with very soft foam padding.

Can I wear these sandals for everyday wear? 
Yes. But you should let your toes adjust to the separation so build up for several hours per day before wearing for a full day.
